Steak and Cabernet Sauvignon : A Summer Love Affair

Nothing can compare to the guilty pleasure of dining Al Fresco with wine. The classic, never boring, pairing of steak and Cabernet Sauvignon has stood the test of time. Most of us enjoy a steak that is grilled to juicy perfection. Add to that a full-bodied, high tannic lush red wine….HEAVEN!  Cabs pair well with rich smoky steak because of the intense berry aromas and oak. It is widely planted around the world, so options are as varied as the terrain that the grapes  are grown.  So for those endless nights experiment with cabs from different regions. We here at Lehman’s have selected a few of our favorites to get you started with your summer love affair.
