The tradition of gathering family and friends to share a bounty of food is a great way to explore an assortment of wine. One varietal that will pair well with roasted turkey and all the fixings may be daunting, so why not taste a wine with each dish? Lehman’s Deli has an array of crowd pleasing wines that are as easy to drink with your Thanksgiving Feast as they are suitable for Hostess Gifts. Consider crisp, rich whites with bright acidity or light-bodied reds with soft tannins, and don’t forget the bubbly!

The pleasant surprise out of this bunch is the Bovin Chardonnay which hails from Macedonia, a little country just north of Greece. The first thing that you will notice is the clear, bright concentrated yellow hue. It has a silky texture and pleasant notes of stone fruit and topical mango that opens and lifts to lime and citronella. This wine is a great addition to your Thanksgiving table and with the Alc. 15% vol., it will pair well with annoying relatives!

Raise your glass and give thanks to the Bountiful Feast laid before you and to the loved ones to share it!
