    The “Homemade” Pastrami is the Best in this area & I would say it rivals that from Katz’s Deli in New York! Thanks & Congrats to Lehmans for taking the time to cure,marinate & smoke this excellent Pastrami. I recommend serving warmed as the flavors come through better this way, but it is still quite tasty served cold. Ed from Fairview Paek
